2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

**We ask for your cooperation, if you have any of the symptoms of COVID-19, we ask you not to come to the clinic and to call the number below.

Please note that we DO NOT have a walk-in clinic since the begining of the pandemic.

Starting in June, we will gradually reopen, most appointments will still be by phone. WEARING A MASK IS MANDATORY. Thank you.

Blood test

For blood tests, you must make an appointment by phone before going to the clinic. Transportation charges of $15 in cash only are required. We also ask that you DO NOT present more than 5 minutes BEFORE your appointment to avoid traffic in the clinic.

If you have symptoms of fever, cough, difficulty breathing, loss of smell and/or taste, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle and/or abdominal pain, please call 1-877-644-4545 and inform them of your symptoms. They will give you directions to follow.

To protect the people around you, wash your hands often and cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze and wear the mask in public places.

Stay at home. If your life is in danger, call 911.
